Stuff You Should Know

Please read before booking

A few friendly policies to keep us on the same page


💳 Deposit & Fee Schedule

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve all paid sessions. The remaining balance is due at the end of the final session.


💸 Payment

I take cash, PayPal, Venmo and Wise.


🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling

Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice before the originally scheduled start time.


⏲️ Time Tracking

The clock starts when I arrive and stops when I head out—simple as that. If there’s any tidying or prep you’d like to do beforehand (like clearing surfaces or wrangling rogue laundry), feel free to tackle it before I get there to make the most of our time together.

After every 3 hours of organizing magic, I’ll take a quick 15–30 minute break to recharge. Don’t worry—it’s on my time, not yours.


📸 Photo Policy

I love documenting the transformation—from the very first consultation to that satisfying “after” moment. With your permission, I may use photos or videos in my marketing (think: website, social media, or shared privately with future clients). As a thank-you for letting me share your project publicly, I offer a referral discount for any friends you send my way.

Your privacy is always a priority. I never share names, locations, or anything that would give away your secret clutter history. Not into having your space featured? No problem at all—just let me know!


🚗 Travel Fees

Most projects include travel within the San Francisco Bay area—no surprises there. For locations more than 10 miles outside the city, a travel fee may apply. Don’t worry, we’ll agree on it ahead of time so there are no awkward surprises later. It’ll be added to your final invoice.


🗃️ Supplies

I’ll happily recommend the right bins, baskets, trays, or whatever magic tools your space needs—but the cost of those items, is the client’s responsibility. If I purchase supplies for your project, you will be billed for them in the final invoice, plus a charge for the time spent shopping. No mystery markups, just stylish solutions.
